Why we built this

We built it from the bag room floor.

Created by Experienced Bag Room Managers for a Premier Club Experience.

Bagroom Basics started behind the counter, not in a boardroom. We've worked the bag room at a private club: pulling bags off the tee sheet before sunrise, hunting through the racks while a member waits at the drop, and keeping the storage chart current by hand.

The software clubs already had was built for the pro shop or the tee sheet. None of it was built for the people carrying the bags. So we built the tool we wanted on a busy Saturday morning, and we tested it where it has to work: in a working bag room, with real members.

We're a small team, and that's on purpose. When your staff asks for something, you'll be talking to the people who build it.
